Job Summary
Sanofi Consumer Healthcare US is a leading marketer and manufacturer of a broad portfolio of branded over-the-counter (OTC) healthcare products, in such categories as allergy, upper and lower gastrointestinal, skin care, topical pain care, oral care and other OTC toiletry products. Sanofi Consumer Healthcare (formerly known as Chattem) was acquired by Sanofi in March 2010, employs approximately 825 associates, has a primary customer base of the typical US-based food, drug and mass merchandisers and has operations and corporate activities in six facilities located in Chattanooga, TN.
The Company was founded as the Chattanooga Medicine Company on February 21, 1879. On March 10, 2010 Sanofi-Aventis completed the acquisition of 100% of Chattem, Inc., which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Sanofi-Aventis Group.
Job Responsibilities
The Manager - Digital Content will be the champion of developing a best in class digital content strategy across focus brands to drive the digital strategy transformation at Sanofi CHC. The Manager - Digital Content will be a key thought partner to brand marketing and eCommerce account teams in developing fit for digital content for both specific digital campaigns, owned digital assets (e.g. websites, content hubs, partnerships), and eCommerce portals.
The Manager will be an indispensable asset to brand teams and eCommerce account managers to craft content strategies that align with brand business objectives and marketing goals. They will work hand in hand with brands and eCommerce account teams to develop these strategies, negotiate with external partners, and ensure timely development of best-in-class digital assets to aid in digital activation, data capture and eCommerce conversion.
Working cross functionally across eCommerce account managers, brand marketing teams, the Brand Design Group, and external agency stakeholders, the Manager - Digital Content will be responsible for facilitating the process to ideate, refine, and approve assets aligned with key consumer insights and fit for digital best practices to drive activation and conversion. The Manager - Digital Content will also act as a "player coach" to consistently upskill and coach brand marketing teams to drive aligned content strategies.
Additional responsibilities include:
Work with eCommerce and brand marketing teams to define digital content needs underpinned by best-in-class consumer insight, aligned with fit for digital best practices
Define digital content strategies for individual digital activation campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand marketing and eCommerce business objectives and strategies
Support development of bespoke visual content for eCommerce portals (e.g. Amazon.com) by leveraging best practices
Thought partner with brand marketing teams to develop rich content libraries for activation on owned media platforms (e.g. websites, content hubs, partner sites) and eCommerce sites
Assist in ideation of content across several media ? including informational, entertainment, eCommerce portals, display, and video ? to accomplish brand objectives
Assist brand teams in developing robust creative briefs to capture brand insights, strategy, and objectives ? and ensure clear understanding from creative agencies to drive development of best in class assets
Partner with brand marketing teams and brand design groups to define creative needs, and ensure best in class approaches to content development are internalized across different digital media platforms
Manage digital content creation processes, actively communicating and removing roadblocks across internal and external (e.g. agency) groups to ensure timely delivery of content
Consistently coach and upskill brand marketing and eCommerce teams in content strategy, development, and execution best practices to ensure sustainable advantage in content development
Capture learnings from digital campaigns, eCommerce platforms, and owned site performance leveraging analytics on creative performance and success to build replicable best practices across brands
Support local e-Commerce activation team in defining local visual or multimedia content needs, aiding in their development and implementation, ensuring consistency of messaging across eCommerce platforms
Job Qualifications
An undergraduate degree is required. A Graduate Degree (Master's or MBA) is a plus.
5+ years' experience in digital content development, either in a creative agency or client side, or a mix of these
Experience and knowledge of digital content best practices across various platforms and media (e.g. Amazon, B&M.com, Facebook, Programmatic, Display, Video)
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of content strategy best practices, aligned with data capture goals
Data fluency in assessing impact and performance of different creative variations
Experience working across several brands, campaigns, concurrently ? excellent time and project management skills
Deep understanding and appreciation for achievement of Business goals and marketing objectives such as Revenue & Product Contribution, ROI and Trial, Retention and Loyalty.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
