Dir Sales Finance & Display Operations

Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Sales Finance and Display Operations Director will be responsible for management, allocation and optimization of trade funds, management of visual merchandising and development of account P&L. This position has the responsibility to ensure cost effective allocation of funds to key accounts and channels and ensure investments behind strategic and profitable customers and channels. This role is also responsible to develop approaches to ensure effective and efficient development and management of point of sale material and executions. This role requires collaboration across multiple functional areas including; Sales Leadership, Field Sales, Brand Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Sales Development, supply chain and external agencies.
Job Responsibilities
Lead development of approach for trade budget management and allocations. Manage TradePro and overall allocation process in alignment with the budget.
Guide sales finance team to develop dashboard and analytics reports for communication to sales management and Sanofi CHC management
Develop methodologies to collate and analyze data through different sources to establish a customer level P&L and profitability
Ensure alignment with supply chain and operations to optimize and ensure effectiveness of visual merchandising, assess the cost benefit analysis for 3rd party supplier management
Develop methodologies and evaluate effectiveness of couponing and promotional activation for national and retailer specific campaigns, coordinate with finance to book accruals and provisions for these activities
Lead the ROI analysis for trade programs and ensure collaboration between multifunctional teams to improve effectiveness and return for sales initiatives
Support the Sales Management in identifying channel profitability and develop process to constantly optimize and identify profitable and sustainable go to market models for our categories and business.
Ensure cross functional alignment and leadership between marketing, supply chain, Finance, sales to identify opportunities for investments to grow sales and optimize costs through commercial focused initiatives.
Identify best in class technology and digital tools to ensure in-depth and automated analysis of resource allocations, sales forecasts and ROI measurement.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Experience: 10-15 years of sales development or finance experience. The candidate must have strong functional technical skills strong aptitude for process management and strong communication and influencing skills.
Professional Skills: Highly motivated worker/thinker and team-oriented. Strong organization and analytic skills as well as attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. Comfortable working with complex data across multiple sources to inform and develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Role Specific Competencies: Strong communication skills. Capacity to lead and influence at senior levels. Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting results & drawing conclusions. Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives. This position requires extensive use of computer equipment. Must have a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft business: expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Access.
Special Requirements: This position requires the ability to travel (10%).
The successful candidate will be required to sign and execute a restricted covenant upon hire.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
