Role Purpose
This position is a global leadership role that will accelerate Sanofi to meet our business goals, maximize the business value from our Information Technology and Solutions investments, and unleash innovation for our organization, employees and customers. This key leadership position works closely with the Enterprise Architecture and Governance Leader as well as the Global Infrastructure Services teams to define the overall voice, video and network strategy, architecture, designs, technology selection, and deployment of solutions that meet business demand. Success for the Head of Network and Voice Services at Sanofi is about:
Providing leadership, vision and oversights for data networking services, voice, video and messaging services, access, identity, directory, firewalls, and IPS services.
Designing and implementing an enterprise telecom management program focused on a best in class over-arching strategy.
Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Lifecycle management of the network and voice services area.
Documenting and communicating roadmaps and standards as well as serving as the focal point for all network and voice related matters and technology.
Managing the operating and capital budget responsibly for all network and voice services, as well as prioritization and recommendations of capital investments and cloud adoption.

Responsible for partnering with the Head of Network and Voice Operations to ensure the quality, efficiency and continuous improvement of the level 1, 2 and 3 services delivered to Sanofi by the managed service provider are realized.
Principal Accountabilities
Leads geographically dispersed team to develop the strategy, architecture, roadmaps, design and implementation of network and voice solutions.
Continuous interaction with leadership to ensure their needs and requirements are met, as well as providing them with the current state of ITS network and voice services, and impacts to their markets.
Maintains professional knowledge of current trends and developments in IT Infrastructure as related to network and voice services (i.e. Hybrid WAN).
Responsible for the long-term network infrastructure planning and budgeting.
Provides input to the Head of Network and Voice Operations, who works closely with network service providers to maintain sufficient operating capacity and performance across the enterprise.
Sponsor internal ITS network and voice related projects and transformation efforts
Responsible for the quality and performance of the network services provided to Sanofi from all managed service providers.
Provides direction to the team to ensure the managed service partners have the necessary process, tools, and support to be successful.
Acts as the fourth level Sanofi escalation point for incidents related to Network and Voice Services.
Works closely with the Head of Operations, Managed Service Partners and Sanofi Vendor Management Team to ensure the provided equipment, professional services, and managed services, adhere to Sanofi standards and policies.
Provides input to the Sanofi Vendor Performance Management organization to ensure managed service provider adheres to contractual and commercial obligations (e.g., ARCs, RRCs, SLA credits, etc.)
Oversees problem resolution activities and ensures that the process is timely, and reaches a successful solution.
Reviews weekly and monthly metrics reports from the operations teams and managed service providers. Reports variances and finding to ITS Performance & Service Management team. Works with the providers to identify/perform ways to remediate service issues.
Overall responsibility for the completion of audit remediation tasks related to the scope of network and voice services.
Accountable for the development, monitoring, and compliance to the Network, Voice and Video Services budget.
15% international travel on average
Basic Qualifications
BS or BA degree. Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology concentration preferred (Masters or PhD preferred)
15 to 20+ years of proven professional experience and expertise in ITS management in large global ITS organizations in support of a complex multi-vendor global networked environment with more than 100 sites and 5,000+ network devices.
15 to 20+ years of experience acquired working in complex multi-cultural, matrix environments, at the international level with some of that experience preferably acquired working outside his/her home country.
Cisco or other large scale vendor certifications
ITIL certification preferred
Knowledge of Cisco data and voice network equipment is required

Possesses excellent leadership capabilities and able to effectively interact with both executives and administrative staff, with external constituencies and other key business leaders across the organization and the group.
Displays and promotes the standards of behavior that are in line with the values and expectations of the organization, and demonstrates high integrity, holding himself/ herself and his/her team to high ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare industry would be beneficial but not required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
