Operational Technology Cyber Security Project Lead

The Operational Technology Cyber Security Project Lead will have responsibility for leading the OT Cyber Security Project deployments within the J&J manufacturing sites and the CLS Distribution Centers.
The role will be responsible for driving the OT Cyber Security Program with Deployment Teams across different regions and business segments, will need to liaise with Global IT (JJTS and ISRM), ANF and Standards teams to agree suitable solutions for implementation in our critical manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
The key responsibilities within this role are as follows:
+ Delivery of the project deployment in alignment with the CAR
+ Management of the resources in the delivery of the deployments
+ Maintain an effective engagement model with Business partners in each of the sectors across J&J
+ Maintain collaborative working relationships with teams across SCSS, ANF, JJT and the Business (e.g. Resource Management)
+ Ensure alignment with the performance management processes and timelines with respect to system deployment
+ Ensure effective and timely communications with respect to project(s) deployments both within SCSS, ISRM, JJT, key customers, stakeholders and partners
The OT Cyber Security Project Lead will:
+ Forge effective working relationships with the JJTS, ISRM, ANF, SCSS Talent & Competency Development Lead and the Business in the identification, assessment, enrolment and performance monitoring of system deployment resources as appropriate throughout the deployment lifecycle
+ Ensure adherence to Project Management and PMO principles in the delivery of the project
+ Actively manage the project Budget in line with J&J financial policies and procedures.
+ Lead the Project Governance process to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner and that all risks and issues are escalated effectively and dealt with in a controlled and compliant manner
+ Align with the SCSS Communications Framework in the communication of project delivery updates within SCSS and with key partners/customers
+ Ensure all project documentation aligns with the SCSS Documentation Management requirements
+ Where appropriate seek to promote best practice and continuous improvement principles across Functional system deployments
+ Forge collaborative working relationships with the Ramp up & Cutover Leads at site & sector level to align on timelines, risks and issues and overall go-live readiness
+ Forge collaborative working relationships with site and sector Business leads to ensure system deployments are in line with testing, validation and qualification protocols.
+ Actively participate in the sharing of best practice across the systems delivery team to consistently strive for step change improvements on delivery performance
+ Broad experience of the Operational Technology environment including the hardware and software directly used to manage or control manufacturing operations.
+ A minimum of 6 years experience required, 10 years preferred.
+ A deep understanding of the Cyber Security challenges, risks and industry solutions.
+ Six (6) years experience required, ten (10) years experience preferred.
+ Proven experience of delivering complex system deployments
+ Strong communication skills and change management
+ Functional knowledge of/and experience in systems within Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals or other healthcare regulated sectors.
+ Detailed knowledge of GxP and Sox requirements and regulations
+ Previous experience in working within a support organization with a knowledge of functional and matrix structures.
+ Proven success in building and developing a high performing team
+ Ability to manage multiple teams on a global basis
+ Strong and proven project management experience
+ Managing risk, including escalation, prioritization and resolution of systems and support issues and developing and managing responses
+ Showing initiative in innovative approaches to challenges in a fast-paced, changing global environment
+ Building consensus and impacting outcome with authority and ability to negotiate trade off decisions across the organization
+ Must have strong collaboration and influencing skills to partner effectively at all levels and across multiple groups

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
