Responsibilities
Direct Care Professionals will work in a group home setting ensuring the safety and well-being of our individuals served. This position provides hands-on personal care and life skills training to those individuals. This can include day-to-day activities such as meal prep, bathing/toileting, and medication dispensation. We encourage and support our individuals to be an integral part of their community; as such you will be involved in helping them achieve their community goals. Residential Counselors will assist our individuals in overcoming challenging behaviors and provide assistance in behavioral interventions as necessary.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License with at least two years driving experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
