Description and RequirementsRole Value Proposition:
This full-time position is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Workforce Engagement & Benefits Connectivity, and assistance to other leadership roles within the organizationThis position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in an environment that requires frequent changeThis individual must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenThe individual is expected to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Key
Responsibilities:
Administrative Manage Microsoft Outlook calendar, inbox, and address booksSchedule and coordinate meetings / conference calls; prepare related materials / correspondence; print materialsManage travel, calendar management, expense reports, catering, meeting/town hall logistics, org charts, distribution listRespond to incoming telephone calls, routing calls as appropriateRespond to inquiries for information and provide follow-up on requests to ensure resolutionHandle confidential/sensitive informationArrange and coordinate complex travel itinerariesAssist in the preparation and/or coordination of presentations, reports and spreadsheets by preparing and editing text, slides and other materialsAssist with Supply ordering, moves, facilities request, security request, etc.
Invoices Process expense reports and vendor invoices for reimbursement/payments and reconciliationInterface with the team and clients at all levels of the organization, both within and outside the companyMaintains documents and records following administrative policies.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

years of experienceExtensive knowledge of PC equipment, software programsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsHighly proficient/fluency in Microsoft Office programsHighly professional in presence and communication skills (oral and written)In order to post for this position, you need the proper work authorization to work in the country where the position is located and not require relocation assistance.
