The Inventory Agent will keep the product menu up-to-date and well supported.
The Inventory Agent will collaborate closing with all vertically integrated departments.
This role will require significant analytical skills and judgement, elevated attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job
Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring a variety or product, and communicating inventory levels to the Inventory Manager and/or Dispensary Manager.
Manage delivery and receipt of products as well as organizing products within BioTrack.
Ensures compliance with state and local regulations.
Conduct inventory audits on a regular periodic basis.
Receive deliveries and ensure product is received and organized with the BioTrack system.
Process all third-party deliveries upon arrival at the dispensary.
Verify count is accurate and reject any packages/deliveries with discrepancies.
Conduct regular physical inventory audits to verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies, or losses.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and report any shortages or excessive inventory to management.
Create new items in BioTrack and METRC.
Coordinate all returning manifests and required paperwork to management and third-party suppliers.
Alert the Inventory Manager of any product quality, packaging, or labeling concerns.
Organize all products by SKU, commodity group, and METRC tags in the vault.
Ensure that fulfillment of all POS and online orders are accurately packaged into bags with correct quantities, including all packaging and labeling that meets all local and state requirements.
Consistently perform inventory and product handling processes and procedures to be 100% compliant.
Trouble shoot the POS and online ordering system.
Investigate, report, and resolve discrepancies.
Verify wholesale orders.
Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area, ensuring proper labeling, shelving, and rotation of products.
Contribute to a safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting any potential hazards and issues.
Understand and follow all inventory regulations put for by the State to maintain a 100% acuate inventory for all products supply/inventory.
