Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Property Manager.
Able to assume responsibility for the property in the Property Manager's absence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.
Responsible for:
Ensuring the target apartments are ready for show; responsible for maintaining work areas and office in clean and orderly manner; need to have an awareness of the curb appeal of the property.
The inventory and ordering of all necessary administrative supplies and equipment for the office staff.
Ensuring a professional appearance and behavior for oneself and all personnel at all times.
Ensuring that all personnel operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
Ensuring efficient and courteous response to all resident requests.
Assisting the Property Manager in designing and implementing a resident retention program, i.

Ensuring contact with business and locator services, and insuring availability of promotional materials.
Reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
Reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
